Antonio and Matt helped me have an incredible experience at their North Palm Beach Surterra center today. I was educated of the various products and the interesting science. The second star is because they have nice staff in store, however, that doesn’t make up for missing product. The flower looks more along the lines of shake and weighs less than 3.5, when I called, they blamed it on “humidity”...I’ve heard that before. Moral of this, WEIGH your product from them

Extreme poor customer service by manager Alexis. She is definitely not worried about keeping customers. She won’t budge an inch to accept a promotion that isn’t on the specific day. Just spent $400 when a promotion was coming 2 days later yet wouldn’t apply it just once. So much for empowerment to make customers happy! Had an issue on my previous purchase of $800 as well. Unprofessional! Will be going elsewhere from now on... Trulieve is much more flexible at pleasing the customer, and much friendlier staff. It’s further from me... but well worth it! Think twice before going to Surterra...
