Very professional and polite!! Dr Potter was a pleasure to talk with. A genuine man who makes you feel as if you're his only patient. His staff is always smiling and in great moods. The office has such a relaxing, calming environment. One of the smoothest, attentive and comforting doctors visit I've had in a while. You're a name here, not a Patient ID number.

Dr. Potter entered the exam room in a highly infectious happy mood. He is open, friendly and not pushy. He was there to address the reason for my visit (medical marijuana script) and did not try to sell me on other parts of his practice. His office staff is friendly, too. The office itself is bright and welcoming. But, the most important factor is Dr. Potter. He made me feel at ease and was open to friendly conversation. It was just a wonderful experience. At my age, I feel somewhat reluctant to be asking for marijuana, but I know it helps my rheumatoid arthritis pain. Dr. Potter did not make me feel "drug seeking" as my last prescriber did. I did ask about a painful, locking thumb. He told me about a procedure he does, but it was me, who had to progress that line of talk. He did not push it at me. What a great feeling...to be offered choices but not compelled to do it. Dr. Potter is wonderful!!

Fantastic Office. My Wife and I had a great experience with the entire staff and Dr. Potter is the first Doctor I have had in years actually care about my disability and give knowledgeable advice. He is now my Primary Doctor. I highly recommend him and his staff!
