A few times I had reached out to Curaleaf North Miami dispensary and was taken care of by Danny (a.k.a Danny The Manager). It was a pleasure to deal with Danny the few times I was in the need of help. He went out of his way to see that my request was handled from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with someone that takes pride in his work and representing his company with respect. If you have issues , questions or just need customer service assistance, if the representative on the other side is Danny. Sit back enjoy the conversation with him as he handles your needs letting you know your in good hands and that before you hang up the phone he will have resolved your request and have you feeling that you were handled with the utmost care and quality service knowing that his excellence in customer care makes him rise above to have the task complete and yourself off with a smile knowing someone cared to give you the assistance you needed with a smile making you feel like a person and not a number. Definitely an asset to his company and department.

Ordered on Friday received delivery on Monday. Driver was nice and informative. Product is great but pricey. Should offer discounts with quantity purchases. Only discounts are new patient purchase and from rewards for referring patients and checking in. Checking in for me is worthless because nearest dispensary is over a hour drive. Free delivery is appreciated! Haven’t tried any other company to compare but if price is same elsewhere I still have the same opinion.

Always go to Knox, decided to try Curaleaf, nice people but the 2 cartridges never worked...won’t be going back anytime soon but hopefully there are some improvements in the future! Would love to be able to try all places!
