Edited to 4 stars after Surterra's customer service and the Lakeland manager made things right. Will definitely continue going to Surterra. First off, the staff is, and has always been, amazing; always friendly and knowledgeable. However, my complaint is in the company in general. It seems as if there has been a sharp decline in quality in the last 5-6 months. I bought 7g of Black Jack and it had 15 seeds in it. I mean, really? Is this mexican brick weed disguised as "high quality medicine"? The website should also list the percentages of the products. A patient doesn't need to go on a scavenger hunt just to get a few numbers. If it can be printed on the label, it can be posted on the website.

Hands down the best dispensary I have ever been to. I have bad anxiety and even the walk in was relaxing. Inside was like walking in to my house or a friend's house. Peaceful and serene. Employees were friendly, educational and professional. Number one dispensary in Lakeland. Great products as well. Highly recommend this place. Jenn R

Everyone is always in a good mood and always very willing to help. You can always tell if a store has a good manger because things run smoothly and you can feel it among the coworkers. Sumara processed my order Today and was very helpful and friendly. This is the only dispensary I go to because the orders right every time and I like the people there.
