The office Is located in a safe area, is easy to find and parking is adequate. The inside is neat, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is pleasant, respectful and helpful. Dr. Hardy is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. Overall, my experience was very positive and I left feeling respected, understood and supported in my goals for treatment.

I came to you office with a friend. We were acknowledged right away by Carolyn. She gave us our clip boards and told us exactly what to do as to filling out the questionnaires . By the time we were finished, the doctor was ready to see us. He seemed very concerned with our questions and answered them all. He explained everything throughly and tried to make our experience as pleasant as possible, which he did. He did not hurry us in any way. I am elderly and needed him to repeat some things and he did , willingly. All and all my experience was a very pleasant on. Thank you. Jan
