I accompanied my mother for her first visit and I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism of the staff as well as the modern, clean facility. Cynthia was our wellness coordinator and was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my elderly mothers questions. She took her time explaining the different products as well as documenting my mothers plan so that she could easily understand it. It was a painless experience and I highly recommend this location. 1. So clean...you can smell how clean it is! 2. The staff...amazing! They're watching my son grow up and always care so much for him when he is with me or not with me on my trips. 3. The process is awesome. Super efficient and confidential. No judgement ever! 4. The prices are perfect. And they offer a veteran discount, which is awesome. I haven't been to any other dispensary since this one. Go in. Now. :)

Very happy with my first visit to Surterra in Deltona. It was definitely worth the drive from the Forest. Bobby was great! He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information. I’ve been using another dispensary, but was extremely impressed with this facility and professionalism shown by the staff. Will definitely be returning. A surprise bonus was that there is a Tijuana Flats about 10 minutes away.
