Matt Davis is worst manager ever. They ripped me off of $16 and he told me he can’t go back into the computer to fix it? So a real company just takes the $16 from their error? I’m so confused. I will never go back to VidaCann again as they stole money from me. I understand it’s hard times but this is insane. Why no corporate 1-800 number to speak with? I’m actually now scared to use their products after the experience I just had. Stay away from this store. They will take your money because employees aren’t trained correctly. I’m so frustrated I couldn’t call corporate to fix the situation. If the manager couldn’t figure out how to refund $16 it makes me real nervous how he handles the medicine we all rely on. After this experience heather the territory manager reached out to me and went above and beyond. She was very empathetic and took the time to fix the problem and give me a discount on my next purchase. Thank you heather for the great customer service!!!!! I will now shop again with vidacann because of heather and her contacting me within a 3 hour window of my complaint.

A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
