Have received my card here twice, with both great in store experiences. The doctor was excellent and knowledgeable and able to give me some good advice. Three years ago when I first received my card, I needed topical added to my recommendation. I called and spoke to the store receptionist and within an hour or two the order was put in. Recently, I ran out of inhalation milligrams. I never have run out and I did ask the Dr. If I had enough knowing my tolerance, which he said I should have more than enough, I called and spoke to what seemed to be now a main call center, and was told it basically could take days. No one has reached out to me yet like they said. So I'm very disappointed with this aspect of service. I found inhalation is the best way for me to consume my medication, that works the way I need it too, and now I have an order placed on hold for an unknown amount of time. I am truly frustrated.

I had a good Monday morning appointment, and I was in and out in no time, I was not expecting it to go so smooth and easy. The receptionist was very friendly, the nurse was also very friendly, and the physician was warm and genuinely friendly. Everything was explained to me very quickly, but very thorough and efficient, I have no complaints and would definitely refer this place to anyone that I know or meet looking for services. The only drawback is waiting on a verification email from OMMU, but so far everything is going according to schedule and I hope to have my prescription late this week. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the team here...

Amazing staff. I came from a doctor in maitland and was apprehensive about changing. They made it super simple. In an out within 30-45 minutes. Very helpful in finding what will suit my anxiety and pain issues. 10/10 will reccomend
