Out of all my reviews, which have been seen over 100,000 times, THIS REVIEW, so far, IS MY BEST! Please, Let me explain. NOW, 6 months later, I am ready to praise and thank LHS for being the most improved and edited review. First, you’re going to read about my first impression versus my current knowledge of LHS in West Boca Raton. I have had my FL MED MJ card for nearly 2 years. I’ve been to most dispensaries in the local area; from Miami to West Palm Beach. First of all, the LHS in Miami needs to be raved about, as well, but on its own site. LHS Boca started displaying signage 2 weeks before opening that said “NOW OPEN” I took photos of the door, showing the hours and phone number. I called the phone number and left a message. The manager, Michael, who has been there before day one, explained they were waiting on final approval to open. This explanation was fair enough for me. More weeks went by and still, not opened. Michael called me, a week before grand opening, and I was privileged to be one of the first people inside and one of the first to try a very new medication in FL. The first week, before grand opening, when I visited, the staff were still training, nothing was set up properly to inform me of pricing, medication selections, and no literature could be found. So, I mentioned to Michael things I have seen in other dispensaries that have made it more simple to understand. This location is in (very difficult) West Boca. I’ve have lived here all my life and I could see a problem from the start. I felt the staff did not have a firm understanding of the products they were offering, either. On week one of grand opening, they had a male staff member at the register. I overheard him saying to another patient, “If she doesn’t like it she can take her business somewhere else” My mind was blown. After me being in the customer service industry for 25 years, at this point, you can only imagine how upset and disgusted I was to hear that. Not only did I hear it, the person he was talking to was aware that this person was speaking poorly about another patient; directly to one, but overheard by at least 1 more. Since that day, it has only gotten to superior service. 100% of the staff there are excellent at what they do. I’m amazed with this transformation; with service that exceeds my expectations—every time. Michael has been running a great operation and each and every person that works there deserves praise. **Because you need a prescription from a doctor (I have been to Dr. Wolfe, whom has now moved to CANNA WELLNESS in Boynton Beach), your doctor recommends and prescribes dosage amounts via the different ways to use THC and CBD.** LHS offers dispensary specific strains and the best products to meet your modality (the form of which you use THC and CBD) I ask questions, still, and I’m continuing to learn more about the benefits of medicinal marijuana and medical grade CBD. All of the staff members are well knowledgeable. If they can’t answer my specific question, I never leave without talking to someone who knows or who can find out the answer. The walk-in process is easy. Their products are displayed perfectly and prices and literature are scattered throughout. You are also offered coffee or water before you are shown to the waiting area. Should you choose to want to order online—it’s a faster and more productive process—they partner with iHeartJane. Sign up for their email alerts. LHS offers sales; almost daily. For other dispensary visitors, the pricing system is figured differently. Talk to a staff member for complete description. With all of their products combined, you will find you get the most for your money here.
