Jamie in the box is awesome! She is always having fun and we have a great little conversation every time I come in (I always order online). Today she was singing the monster mash and it made my day AND got me into the Halloween spirit! Her customer service is through the roof and her attitude is one of the best I have encountered in a retail setting (I’ve been working and managing retail for 13 years). Keep it up Jamie and TGS because good experiences coupled with great products is what it’s all about! Thank you!!!

I stopped by here because another dispensary in town was out of what I went looking for. Their set up was a little more “sterile” than I’m used to, but I hardly had to wait at all (granted it wasn’t a peak time of day) and my budtender Courtney was so great! She was extremely enthusiastic and engaging and had me smiling the whole time. I didn’t go in for edibles but bought some because their selection is so good. Plus I got some swag and a little discount in the end. Will absolutely return when I can.

Visited The Green Solution while visiting Fort Collins and was very impressed. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. The layout of the dispensary is well presented. Very clean as well. Because I was staying in a hotel, I decided to not try any of the flower or oils but did get some edibles and vape carts. Edibles were super tasty and vape carts were nice! Will be making this my regular dispensary when I move up to Fort Collins this January.

You walk into the place and you will wait at least 15 minutes just have your ID checked. You will be lied too by this desk if you ask any questions, I was lied too. You will then walk in the back and wait another 45 minutes where only 3 people attempt to help you. When it is finally your turn you will realize the employee has no knowledge of any of the product that they sell. As you struggle your way through trying to purchase something, they show you one price on the TV screen, but give you a totally different price at the register. Bait and switch is what most call this. Then at the register be careful because they like to overcharge you for product that's not in your bag. They over charged me! Then when you attempt to call the 303 number that you will see on your receipt, you'll be treated very rudely by the corporate office, talked over, and be put on hold for a long time just because they don't want to deal with you. They will accuse you of things as well. Then they will get back to you 5 minutes before closing so nobody has to do anything to help you. This was my first experience with green solution and this is my last, I will never return, and I will bad mouth them everywhere I go. I have never seen such a sad excuse of a company as this. One bad employee ok, but 3 in a row!? Selling Bud you're supposed to make the customers happy, not angry. I will take my business back next door where they get things right and their prices are far far cheaper. And when they mess up, they fix it right away, not throw you off on hold to another day because they don't want to help you like Green Solutions does. This company is a joke, don't even waste your money with these people, as it will be a waste of your money and time. Zero customer service rating. PS - I was suppose to get a call from the store mgr and the corporate office today. But no calls came. Why? Because this company has a track record of lying to their customers.

As long as TGS is in business, I will never go to another dispensary. They are always so friendly, extremely helpful, and totally non-judgmental. On my first visit, I had no idea what to expect but my budtender was so patient and walked me through everything. These days, I just order online and pick it up. I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes, plus 20% off when you reserve online. The place feels more like an extremely clean doctor's office than a dispensary, which is a major win in my book. Love them, and will continue to shop here over anywhere else!

A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. The first dispensary was opened in California, and since then, the nation has been progressing towards cannabis reform. Now, there are thousands of cannabis dispensaries, and more on the way as laws in the United States change towards legalizing medical and recreational cannabis.

Most dispensaries carry a variety of different kinds of flowers and buds. The flowers will range from sativa to hybrids of all sorts to indicas, and depending on state, test results letting you know the percentages of THC, cannabinoids and terpenoids as well as ensuring the quality of the flowers. In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
