What’s Dr. Tritt eating?

Not being able to eat eggs can make breakfast difficult. One can only have a smoothie so many days in a row and sometimes you have to mix it up a bit.
Cashew yogurt (plain) with protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, and collagen powder. 🤤

This is NOT your typical decompression therapy and is definitely not for the faint of heart. An amazing adjustment when performed by a Chiropractor with advanced training in man/womanhandling your spine. Certain individuals that need a hard reset from the neck down to your perineum (the region of the human body between the genitalia and the anus). ⠀
Some practitioners in the industry may claim it's "lack of specificity", but we find that if performed with the correct love and intensity, it can be the primary adjustment needed to get your ass back in gear and get after those exercises you haven't been doing at home like you're supposed to! ⠀
-With Love and Prayers you do your exercises immediately before and after your adjustments so that you don't have to come see us for this amazing spinal love maker....we don't want you getting addicted to it you little endorphin junkies. 😜😇⠀

Who doesn’t love #chocolate??? However, the chocolate we consume today is unlike the chocolate that was originally enjoyed by the ancient Olmecs of Southern Mexico. Cocao (the tree of which chocolate comes from) was originally consumed as a drink or which the Mayans would drink several cups of throughout the day. Unsweetened, in its natural form, chocolate is bitter and not sweet. Cocao was revered so much, that there was a mayan Cocao deity as well as rituals and used medicinally. Cocao drunk by the Mayans was bitter and spicy, often mixed with Maize and chilis, however the Spanish that moved into Mesoamerica are responsible for the sweetening since they didn’t think it would be popular in Spain as it was. The word chocolate comes from the Aztec word cacahuatl, meaning bitter water. Dark chocolate, without the addition of sugar, can be a healthy and nutritious snack. It is high in antioxidants, magnesium, and iron. The antioxidants in chocolate include flavanols, which stimulate nitric oxide production which is important for vasodilation, improving circulation and lowering blood pressure. Polyphenols and theobromine (other antioxidants found in chocolate) are cholesterol lowering compounds. Theobromine, an alkaloid stimulant also found in tea, also has vasodilating and diuretic actions. While chocolate is rich in minerals, you’d have to eat a lot of it to get the daily recommended values. Per 100 grams of dark chocolate of at least 70% cocao, contains 98% RDI of Magnesium, 67% RDI Iron and 11 grams of fiber. I do not recommend you eat this much chocolate per day. :) #chocolateislove #health #nutrition #antioxidants #mayans #history #naturopathicmedicine #healthylifestyle #conciergemedicine #mayanabdominalmassage #sandiego

This place does not have it together. I called and asked about future employment opportunities, and the woman on the phone thought I was calling about a business consultation. The woman then refused to connect me with Zach, only because I am not in Colorado. Very helpful....

What is a Cannabis Dispensary?

A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. The first dispensary was opened in California, and since then, the nation has been progressing towards cannabis reform. Now, there are thousands of cannabis dispensaries, and more on the way as laws in the United States change towards legalizing medical and recreational cannabis.

Most dispensaries carry a variety of different kinds of flowers and buds. The flowers will range from sativa to hybrids of all sorts to indicas, and depending on state, test results letting you know the percentages of THC, cannabinoids and terpenoids as well as ensuring the quality of the flowers. In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
