The location is well established and enjoyable. The only reason it's not a 5-star experience is due to the initial contact (the receptionist/guard.) He seems like a nice guy but his enthusiasm and countenance were subpar. I greeted him and asked how he was doing and he did not respond. I understand that it can be a tedious job, but it's not that hard to greet every potential customer with an energetic feeling. Even if you have to fake it, just don't make your customers feel like a nuisance. Also, he addressed most shoppers as "boss". To me, that sounds like a resigned, jaded sentiment. No offense to him. I just think that maybe Altitude would make a better impression if these issues were addressed. I hope you all continue to thrive and it's been a pleasure being a customer. 🔥💗✌

Was recommended by a friend and man, I was not disappointed! 7$ gram shakes that usually is no different than their buds! Great selections! Great deals during Happy Hour especially! Man I was blown away... And now I'm high for less! Will definitely be going back here soon!!

The staff is so amazing and so helpful. The place is always clean an the waiting area is very comfortable. Everytime I come home to visit they are the first place I go. Monica introduced me to some new things I've never seen an was very helpful an informative. Love this shop.

Best deal on concentrate's and flower, as well as quality is second to none. Entire staff know what's up ,the place to go! Frequent Flower mile program is amazing and no one can compete with them hands down!!
