The people at the front door were fairly nice but the staff mostly makes you feel like you're interrupting their day when you walk in....well informed on products but overall a very poor customer service experience. When you're spending that kind of money on a product you except some friendliness.

Bud is prepackaged. Drove across town for some gorilla glue which was on the menu on their site and Leafly, but no grams, they were only selling 8ths. I'll probably be back because I haven't found GG anywhere else, but I'll go somewhere else for everything else. Check in was quick and employees were nice. The general area outside of the store front did not smell good.

So I bought a $15 edible yesterday. With tax it came out to 18.85. They said they were charging my card $20 then gave me 1.15 in change. Well I look at my online banking and see I was charged 23.50 unbeknownst to me. I’ll go back to medmen

Came in to look at their products and all the employees were watching tv and talking to each other, they gave me attitude when I asked for help and they were rushing me so they could go back to watch tv. Sorry I know this is a weed store but that’s the most unprofessional customer service approach I’ve ever seen, even a gas station tries to do better than this
