I love this dispensary. They are the most knowledgeable and friendly in Santa Cruz. Their professionalism is a nice change from some of the others I'm the county.

Great wide selection, helpful employers take their time, & patient explaining. Never felt rushed. Prices seemed fair & competitive. Clean facility, professional, top notch I wish they had more locations around CA. Been to other dispensaries this one has been my favorite so far! I would come back! No doubt! Even got a joint on my first visit for a dollar! 🤙🏽

I called ahead to make sure that they would be able to do a simple transaction. I confirmed that I had enough money. I then rode the bike to the store hoping to come home with something nice. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. First they demanded I leave my bike outside. They have a single door with 2 security guards and a large open space. I guess somehow they thought if I had a bike inside I would somehow be able to ride away through the walls after stealing something? Talk about a terrible first impression. Then after doing the form for a 'new membership' I went to make a purchase however they somehow were unable to enter the dollar amount correctly into their machine. It came back as declined 3 times in a row after I had confirmed that the money was there. When I tried to talk to a manager I just got one more swipe and 'sorry you have insufficient funds'. Lesson learned: Even after calling ahead to confirm that things would work out, I found myself in a position where the employees were more interested in being cool than doing their jobs. Total waste of time. How do I cancel my membership?

Been to much better places. I found them kinda expensive. There was a promotion of buy a certain candy get one for $1. They kept us standing there for 20 minutes while they figured it out. Then they tell us you can only get 1 pkg for the dollar no matter how many you buy. Bad bad customer service. I had gone to another place in Santa Cruz and their bud tenders truly helped me and knew everything about what they are talking about. They didn't just pull out a binder of their inventory. Made it seem like the bud tender didn't know anything about the products. I wouldn't go back. Maybe I just have higher standards.

I love this place. The service is very professional yet also very friendly and welcoming. Even the security at the door is always pleasant and inviting. You want to be able to visit dispensaries and feel comfortable and this place offers just that. I also appreciate how clean kept and open this place always is, that makes it even more enjoyable to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about there products which is very helpful. I'd suggest this as a great place to start if you've never been to a dispensery or a great place to start making your regular visits too.

I have never used medicinal marijuana products, but the man who I work for does use CBD oil for stress and I assist him to purchase it. Every time we have gone in here they have been professional and 'kind' to us! There have been a few times that the product we were seeking was not available, but was restocked quickly. We will continue to choose to use this shop as long as they stock the product that my employer likes!
