They do keep changing owners or who they are operated by So they have changed the name and staff around. Also the products. At the moment they are rebuilding their stock, not as much stock like urban leaf. Hopefully they can compete. It's about half n half with the staff. Some are very helpful, knowledgeable and will search information to get the best/next best option. Others ehhh, they made a sale. 😁
