I have been to a number of dispensaries in the Bay Area and hands down this was the best. They have an excellent selection and excellent informative service. In other places it depends on who attends to you, but not this place. Highly recommended.

Have been a loyal customer for about a year now, recently purchased box of pre rolled joints. These joints were defective and would just burn without any smoke. Came to exchange it(i only used 1/2 of one joint out of the package) and they refused to do anything about it. Very disappointed in the service.

I always have a great experience here. They work so fast and give great advice on their products. I'm always in and out very quickly. The pricing is great and incredibly reasonable, with good variety even among their lower tier products. Parking is a little difficult the first time i went, but if you park 1 block away, there's enough street parking. I have made the flat my new go-to dispensary.

Show I.D. at door. Use flashy restroom, to wash your hands. Wait for the cute tall young brunette. $30 for vial of THC eyedropper for cancer appetite. "CASH or DEBIT, no c/c". Tax. Adieu!

Very friendly staff. Have not ran into an arrogant A-hole here. I like all the disposable vape cartridges they have. One of the few dispensaries I visit frequently.

In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
