I strongly do not recommend this place. Walked away as fast as you can. It was my first time at cloud 9. One of my customers suggested them to me. I went there to buy a wax cartridge and I specifically told the salesman that I must have a bottom airflow cartridge in order to work with my battery. I went home, Opened the package and immediately noticed that it was the wrong kind of cartridge. I also noticed that the wax was completely black in color. The next day I decided to visit cloud nine and replace what I was given by mistake. I hated the drive back, but I had no choice. I arrived around 8:30 PM and spoke to Ashley the manager. Ashley insisted that it was that dispensary policy not to return any items. I drove all the way to cloud nine twice, paid $35 for half a gram and ended up with NOTHING!. I would never recommend this place again to any of my customers their service is poor and the quality of their product is lousy.

Bad experience for my first time buying. The lady put four strains on the counter and said they were all $14 a gram then charged me $17 and said all sales are final. Also their menu on their website says $13 a gram. What a way to get over on a new customer. I give them one star because they are open at 7am.

No clone selection of any kind were of very poor quality and were hastily re-potted incorrectly causing root damage. The prices are much too high. Not worth the trip or the money.

Cloud 9 is a great place to go for your needs! The budtenders are courteous, helpful and knowable. I drive across town to go there because they carry the cartridges that I prefer andat a great price.
