Update: The Higher Path responded to my issue and has very professionally handled it. Being as that this was the only issue from originally having a 5 star experience, review is changed. Thanks to The Higher Ground for getting back to me about this and making it right. You've won back a customer and referrals. I went in to the Higher Path for the first time on Sunday, first time in any dispensary actually. I actually had a good experience up until I got home and realized that they double charged me for two cartridges. I thought the total was high when I paid, but wasn't paying too much attention to the prices while listening to the budtender. I thought maybe I missed that they were two packs, which was fine - just more product. But that wasn't the case. I tried calling and sending an email and I've got no response. I think, and would like to believe the double charge was an honest mistake, but the fact that they won't respond to me makes me question if maybe they're just trying to take advantage of the new recreational customers. They have security cameras so they should easily be able to go back and see I'm not trying to hussle them. So, I'm out $70 plus whatever the tax is on that. If I would have been properly charged or they would have taken any steps to fix their mistake I'd have happily given them 5 stars and been a returning customer. So take that for what it's worth. I guess my recommendation is go ahead and go, but don't walk out that door until you've double checked the receipt and the bag.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thet do not want to admit what happened. They do not want to FIX IT. They are running around making excuses because they are afraid and dont want to face up to things. These people run a shady business. They selectively apply the MMIC tax on the patients they choose based on whether they like them or not. They also stole from me by making me pay more tham what my receipt stated. The sales agent created an atmosphere by way of combativeness that ended in me being demanded more money than the receipt stated. Management hung up on me and the owner wont live up to what happened. He was very cowardly in the way he didnt want to admit what had happened eventho ugh he has footage. TOTAL SHADY PLACE. THEY STOLE FROM ME. The owned does NOT want to admit that 1. the GM hung up on me. 2. his employee mistreated me and selectively did not applied the mmic tax eventhough i alerted him to the fact that my tax was NOT correct. 3. He got mad and demanded more money that the receipt stated. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU. BEWARE

I’ve been coming to this dispensary since well before marijuana was legalized in California. This place still hires very friendly, accommodating people despite the massive influx of interested customers. Things are running more smoothly now than ever. The Higher Path couldn’t come more highly recommended.

A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. The first dispensary was opened in California, and since then, the nation has been progressing towards cannabis reform. Now, there are thousands of cannabis dispensaries, and more on the way as laws in the United States change towards legalizing medical and recreational cannabis.
