Great staff - they will take the time to educate you on the benefits of their products in terms of pain management, insomnia, low appetite, etc, But they'll teach you to have a good time, too. Their Edibles selection is great, as well as their natural herbs. They turn people out pretty quickly, too, so if you see a line outside the door, don't sweat it - it will be your turn before you know it. The prices for their products can be a little high for the buds, but this is normal. Remember that it's government sanctioned, and Uncle Sam is going to get his. As for the atmosphere, it reminds me a little bit of an Apple Store...clean floors, open lobby, and knowledgeable staff armed with touch-pad monitors and positive attitudes who want you to appreciate the experience of visiting their store along with the products you purchase.

Professional staff, great variety and set up to get you in and out quick. Unless it's during a rush, like after work Friday night. Still though, they won't take long even then-

Ok. This is epic. You want to go get dinner or do dinner or should we get some chicken or do we get some chili? I was still at my work but I’m not getting my hair back and do my work and go back to the store. You can get it to go to get it quick. You want fries and chicken or chili dogs and fries and a beer with a little bit of bacon and on the road with you and you want to go get some dinner. We hanging out with the boys in a couple hours so I’ll get back with you when I can.

They haven't been having too many flowers that I liked so when I seen they had wedding cake I called and asked them how high was the percentage and he quickly told me I have to come in and see. Well they are located in Hayward and I live in Emeryville why do I have to drive all the way there just to see the percentage. What if it's not a high enough grade for me and I get there and doesn't want it when all he had to do is look on the package and tell me. UNPROFESSIONAL I THINK. It makes me not want to go here thinking bout going to the green door in Frisco they staff always makes sure they help u with everything PERIOD.

I have been going here since it opened... And even though they remodeled and made it look all nice and fancy, still has the great homie feel when I go in. Prices have not changed!
