Informative and fun tour. Guide Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about the cannabis industry and the local area/history. I was amazed at the skills and science behind the farming. Lunch under the awesome giant redwoods was another highlight. We travelled up from the Bay Area for this tour and it was totally worth it. Highly recommended!

Our customized tour was exactly what I hoped for. We visited a farm where the farmer took the time to walk us through her process and we were able to see different steps in the harvest and touch and smell all of the plants. Our tour guide, Matt, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, not only about the weed industry, but also about the history and culture of Northern California. I especially appreciated the attention to detail (the comfortable and clean van, the delicious, organic, no waste lunch, etc.) on the tour. I would (and have!) definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was most informative and interesting. Matt is an excellent and engaging guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him visiting two fascinating farms and a dispensary, with a wonderful break for lunch in the Avenue of the Giants. Matt has a super comfortable van and had thought of everything with nice details for our comfort. Highly recommended!

I loved this tour! Matt is well-versed in the Humboldt area and able to provide an informative context for cannabis farming in the area. In a nice and new air-conditioned van, he takes you to two outdoor, local, and legal cannabis farms. The day also includes a picnic in a redwood grove along the Avenue of Giants and visiting a local dispensary. As much fun as this was, I appreciate that this tour isn't a "party bus" tour. It's a fun, educational, and fascinating tour for those wanting to learn more about this emerging (legal) industry and the area's unique farming practices. It was lovely to walk amongst the farm at almost harvest time, seeing the flowers and fruits of the farmers' labors. We happened to be the only ones on the tour the day we went; it felt like spending time with a friend. Matt provided helpful tips and suggestions for the area after I booked the tour. So much fun!

If you want to see the finest that Humboldt has to offer book a tour with Matt! Very professional and courteous. The gardens we saw were totally organic with a very low impact on the environment. I even got to meet a Humboldt legend and tour a grow of his. Totally professional and worth every minute. A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. The first dispensary was opened in California, and since then, the nation has been progressing towards cannabis reform.
