This is easily my favorite dispensary. Worth going out of your way for. Selection is out of control in every price range. Quality is as good as it gets. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they really go out of their way yo make it feel comfortable and inviting, once you are checked out allowed inside.

I went down to pick up my express order. First off the walk-in line was moving 3 times faster than the express line. They had 6 counter people working with only one handling the express customers. I finally made it to the counter after 20 minutes waiting because the walk-in line was empty. My order was never filled. I ordered 5 items from their online menu. When I told her what the items were they were out of three of them. She tried to make the excuse that I must have ordered them from last nights menu. Wrong I ordered it 2 hours before I got there. Her next excuse was we are short handed and nobody updated the menu BS. Their flower menu is very limited and their products are on the low end for THC content. Hi Fidelity in Berkeley has a much better selection of product and better prices. An experience like I had today is what drives customers to other dispensaries.

I used to love this place. It's not enough that the legalization of recreational cannabis has jacked up the taxes, now my dispensary has jacked up the prices too. Lots of new staff, but very little customer service. I've had two really negative experiences with counter staff recently. There are more professional dispensaries out there - so go to one of them. You aren't missing anything at CBCB anymore.
