I'm not a big time smoker and I went in looking for a mild variety as I find most weed these days to be too potent for me. Going into different smoke shops in the past I've found the staff to not really listen to my specifics and I'd walk out having spent money on what seemed like something they were trying to unload not what I was after. These guys knew their stuff and were eager to help. I ended up buying a strain called Penelope, which was exactly what I was after and a small pocket pipe called a "taster box" (which holds your weed as well...very handy). Friendly easy going staff with a relaxed atmosphere, I'll be back when I pass through West Kelowna next time!

Not only does Prime Cannabis have remarkable branding but also first rate staff. The space is immaculate, modern and has similar feel of walking into a modern art gallery. The product is fantastic, has amazing packaging and affordable pricing. And above all of this, the staff. They are super friendly, passionate about the product and extremely knowledgeable without seeming condescending like many other shops. Props to Employee, Brad who was a delight. We bought a variety of items including our favourite edible, grapefruit hibiscus gummies, which are difficult to come by. It was equally a treat to go into a Prime Cannabis as it was to enjoy the purchases at home. Cannot wait to return.

Was happy with the level of customer service i had here. They were out of vape pens so the employee went to his car and gave me one that he had in the package. I bought a cbd cart cause ive had really bad migraines and numbness in the back of my head and its been working like a charm. Thank you to this place!
