Ability to see stock online and then reserve for pick up is handy. Simply the ability to browse their products online is a huge plus. You can still go into the store and speak to the staff for their advice and recommendations. Reasonable prices and fantastic staff set this place above the rest.

As an introvert, I find the customer service here to be a bit overwhelming. They seem conditioned to not stop talking to you for even a single moment as you browse their system, even if you say you've been there before. I have yet to visit here without them taking command of my ordering screen or my experience. It's really annoying to me, and I get the sense I'm being rushed into my purchase. Don't get me wrong, they are great people, but I think there's a fine line between friendly and overwhelming. Products wise, I find everything extremely mild (or weak, depending on your terminology) and drastically overpriced. That being said, it's a good, clean, trendy little spot with educated staff who are really friendly. It's like an apple store for THC.
