Great store, great service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable (much better than the US). This is my go-to cannabis store.

Poor Selection, over priced. Majority of the top grade buds are poorly trimmed and un-flushed, unfortunately the last 3 times I've been to trees my joints have been burning pure black let alone even carry a burn, I purchased a top grade quality eight and a few days later the same product and batch was in the low price category. I feel like they don't really understand that we all know the dirty tricks of the industry now as its 2019. Maybe stop labeling the same strains with different tags, I wont be returning to Tree's ever again due to the rude attitude given just for asking what 'was good'. These people don't even care about their customers or their employees by the looks of things.

Tree's extract game is seriously hurting, I purchased some "elite brand trees shatter" from the Nanaimo location and it tasted like they burnt it, it was just a sticky mess of black soup I would never pay that price again for a product like that. I've walked in and left 3 times now because their always sold out of the good brands that are affordable. It looks like all of the shatter is overpriced and has literally sat on the shelf for over a month untouched. I don't think I will be returning...

Shorted me a gram, I called to complain, was greeted by a rude voice that said "Trees Bowen rd what" I explained that I only wanted 14g but was charged for 15g was gruffly told "too bad all sales are final" when I explained that if I had received th le 15g I wouldn't be calling. Was then hung up on when he heard swearing in the back ground from my wife. Called back got a different person who was also very rude. I made my wife call back 15 min after I tried to get some names. The rude guy is named Jason. The Managers name is Molly, I hope she can make this better. As this can't be good for business.

So happy this opened in my neighborhood! Lots of cool accessories, friendly faces, good service, great buds - what more can you ask for? oh wait, add on a VIP-card loyalty program for the regular folks AND bonus eco-savings for saving up and bringing back your empty trees bags?? Stop in and say Hi! They'll take great care of you.
