I really like the store, but I don't like getting ripped off by a brand you sell. I bought 3.5 grams or Bubblegum strain by Delta9. last night. When I weighed it at home it only weighed 3.2 grams. I'm not impressed and I don't like spending my money on things that say its one thing when its another. Now there's two brands I will not be buying, Delta9 and Blissco I understand you don't offer returns so what happens when a customer gets ripped off? I liked the store, please change that.

This would be 5 stars if not for the one shorter guy who always upsells my friends and I with unspecific strains just with the phrase, "you'll love it." Last time he did this, I was in the shop and requested Delahaze. A sativa. Instead, he slid a hybrid onto the table and told me I would love this strain. Didn't say anything about it. Just said I would love it. I noticed the hybrid sticker, and gently informed him that I only smoke sativa strains. He took that one back, my sativa strain was put on the table. He then informed me that if I buy one extra gram I was elligable for 10% off. He slid an extra gram in front of me and explained what it is called, and that it's an old classic favorite, but nothing else. Due to my previously stating that I don't like indica, I assumed this would be a sativa strain. Upon bringing it home, it was not. I don't like how he makes assumptions like that and sells product without fully explaining the strain. This has happened to my friend as well who specifically smokes sativas. All of the other staff are super amazing, especially love the dark haired girl. I just wish this one gentleman would consider the fact that different people have different preferences. I feel like I have to be on my guard when he's in the store or he's going to try to "trick me" into buying something I won't smoke.

They are crooks. They will not refund you. I am going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and write Bitcoin and let them know what they are doing. I paid through PayPal and I'm also going to let them know..ITS FRAUD!!
