Even if you live in Kimberly drive the extra 25 minutes to Cranbrook to get educated answers from people who know what they are talking about. Also, you will be supporting businesses with proper management. The customer service I recieved was dismal. Especially when paired with the lack of knowledge.

Told to “go back to the government store if they’re prices are better” when inquiring about the mark up. Not cool. Will never shop here again nor advise anyone else too. I will ALSO be boycotting COBBS despite enjoying their products.

Don't know what the problem is....the two people there seemed to be friendly enough. Had a good selection and seem to be cheaper then their competitor up in Kimberly. Would recommend for sure.

Terrible selection, expensive, rudeness of staff AND management. Been going for years and nothing but decline in all aspects since going regularly as a medical user since day one. Drive the extra few minutes and go to earths own naturals dispensary or better yet just go to the Gov't store in cranbrook or order from them online as its cheapest. If you do go there hopefully it's on one of their "good days" because they'll make sure to take it out on you.
