Very rude and unprofessional people work here, they are enforcing a mask policy that doesn't make any sense. I took my business across the street and had a much better experience and got a better price on the same products. I will never go back to vapor world for anything ever again.

I wish I could leave zero stars the two guts working tonight are extremely rude, immature, inappropriate, and have zero skills in customer service if your looking to get good service please find another store. Making false accusations against people is not a good way to keep buisness. If you continue to have employees like this working you should consider closing the doors completely.

Love this store. Very cheap and Huge selection of Juice. Very knowledgeable Staff. I love the "Rewards Program" Dollar per point so every time i come in I have points or a coupon to use...for even more of a discount. i will not go anywhere else.

Was very happy that I visited this location today, had great and honest customer service. Was thinking i needed a new mod and the gentleman who helped me looked at my current mod and figured out quickly how to fix it. Didn't sell me anything i didn't need, was honest and friendly and was very knowledgeable about their products too. Will be back soon to buy more from this location.
