I visited Real Re-leaf about one year ago and it was a great experience! It was a quick visit and the doctor was friendly. I wanted to go back for renewal this year and made an appointment for the end of October. I have now been trying to contact them for weeks to re-schedule to no avail. They do not answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. I can't contact them to even cancel my appointment now that I've scheduled another appointment elsewhere. Very disappointed, as this location is a fair bit closer to my house than the new certification center.

I made the choice of going to Real Re-Leaf to get my medical certification after seeing the reviews on here. The very first impression I get is being put on hold for over 10 minutes and being forgotten about. I hung up and called back and sure thing they pick up and answer my question like nobody was on the other line. Once I arrived I sat down and waited for around 20 minutes until they looked at my paperwork and sent me back to see someone. When I spoke to the doctor I felt as if I wasn't being taken seriously or being treated like a patient, almost as if this doctor has pre determined their choice based off my looks and age. I came with chiropractic forms and described how my SI joint was hurt a few years ago and how it has started to effect the entire right side of my back. As soon as I'm done talking about what is wrong I'm told that I will not be leaving with a medical card. This was before they asked any other questions!!! It makes me feel like my chronic pain is being ignored by the poeple who are supposed to help me take care of it! For some reason I thought I should continue to see if actually going over questions and physical tests would change a predetermined mind, turns out I was wrong. I was then recommended to drink tumeric tea to help with my chronic pain!!! I have scheduled a new appointment with Tumbleweed health center, where I hope I will be treated as an adult and a patient, not a child.

I chose this place because another reviewer said that there is a full time doctor on site. Perfect! It was a one stop shop. The Doctor was very thorough in determining my eligibility and explaining what would work best for my health situation.
