This is an awesome place. I have been seeing doctors at this facility in the past (Dr. Sam) and visited again recently and saw Dr. Skubisz. Both great doctors. Many thanks to Dr. Sam. for his help. They are kind and intelligent. The services you provide helps people like me to have a better quality life. I would recommend this place to anybody out there looking. Thank you!.

Seems like a place I should go and try and get my card from I know I have all the pains and problems for it only thing is I don't have of my records I hope that will not be a problem and stop them for letting me get it or having to go through all kinda extra stuff... Will go and give this a try and pray and hope for the best!!! If I get my card I will definitely do a follow-up review letting everyone know if not haveing your records will cost you more time and so on!!!! I'll be praying for the best for my self so I can be free and not have to worry about nothing anymore !!!🤩🤩
