So, let me just start this with a disclaimer: Arizona as a state is the sole responsibility for any waiting or delay in receiving your recommendation. This establishment is great. They were friendly, they answered my emails and calls promptly and always gave informative answers. My whole experience, including the doctor visit/pain specialist, was very nice. I will definitely come back to them for any future business. I waited about ten days to get my certificate, which is about as fast as you can ever get it in Arizona. This is a state issue, that these kind people do everything in their power to help with. I guarantee that had they not filed the paperwork for me, I would have waited even longer. Once again, the STATE needs to streamline this process. Altitude Cannabis Evaluations is excellent and will most definitely be back.

Taking awhile for process to the state. Pretty much gotta wait 2 weeks for process nd another 2 weeks for approval from the state. Then another 7-10 says for the card. Whoever comes here process to the state YOURSELF
