I would have booked an appointment if the person working there wasn’t so rude. Try to be a bit more welcoming to those who are curious about what your business has to offer. We wanted to check it out and we’re rudely sent away because we didn’t have an appointment

I became a patient at the Red Deer Compass clinic in September 2018. I found the clinic to be extremely clean and well organised. The staff are very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I would recommend cannabis and this clinic to anyone.

The staff on hand are very friendly, helpful and professional. The clinic itself is clean and well laid out. The do care about the service that they provide. I had an issue with the physician that saw me which resulted in a....less than 5 star review. Within hours of posting it they had called and let me know that I wasn't the only one and that particular doctor would not be back at that location. So they do care and if you have an issue bring it up in a constructive manner and more than likely they will try and make things right. Keep up the great work and again thank you.

would not recommend to anyone. Staff is very difficult to work with and has made mistakes with me. When I tried asking my Dr to change my Online Services/Dispensary to a different one they didnt listen to me. Bad staff.
