I do understand the policies around no returns due to covid 19. Sadly this is the second time wrong product was put in my bag. First time I caught it before I left the store. This time I have product I don't want. Perhaps in the future instead of taking the boxes from the locked cupboard to the bag, first show the customer to make sure it's what they ordered?

I was making an advent calendar for my husband for Christmas looking specifically for 1g or pre-roll options. I had been to every shop in the city before hitting up this shop and most carried the exact same products so I wasn’t expecting much. When I asked the man working he said those options sell out faster because people like to “hop in their cars and try it out on the way home”. This made me uncomfortable as I have the expectation to myself and the people in my life to be a socially responsible cannabis consumer and this fellow working was potentially teaching his customers the opposite. I went back to this location once since this incident and the employees working behind the till were more interested in their conversation than helping me navigate their confusing four page list of strains. I have found better shops in the city that I will drive across the bridge to go to.

The prices here are are unjustifiably high...the staff can sometimes come off as rude and often don’t have very much in stock. I HIGHLY Suggest people check out nirvana cannabis on the west side. The prices are arguably the best in town for legal weed, his selection is awesome and lastly his customer service is incredible. He’s clearly more knowledgeable and you are almost guaranteed to have a better experience.

NewLeaf has all ways been hands down the best place you can go. Even more so this one. Staff has all ways been supper welcoming and are all ways willing to help you find what you are looking for. No BS sales tactics. Just genuine people with a love for the job.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Pricing is good. I have found product for an affordable price for me. I also splurge on some of the higher quality product in small amounts. That's the nice thing about legalization you only have buy what you need.
