Staff are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you are new to the Cannabis industry and don't know a ton about different strains or products, they can definitely help you!! Blackfalds is lucky to have such a great Cannabis store at their finger tips with a great selection. Thanks Carter and Mike and all your staff for providing GREAT customer service!!!!!

The customer service I experienced the second I walked into this location was outstanding. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and have created a comfortable environment with their expansive knowledge and beautiful store. As an individual with minimal experience or knowledge in this area, the staff were exceedingly helpful and surpassed my expectations. Not only did I find what I was looking for – I learned a ton! Furthermore, their prices are extremely competitive (if not the lowest I have seen)! Whether you are new to cannabis or have used for years, I highly recommend this location for not only the high-quality product and comparatively low prices - but the overall experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
