Made an appointment early April for 5/5 at 940 am, confirmed it 5/3 for time. Showed up for scheduled appointment, and they said I was scheduled at 920. Ridiculous!!! Here is the worst part is i was the only one in the parking lot. They said they were to busy to take me at that time. I’ve been going to Dr Mann for over 15 years. They lost my business forever.

This is the very best place to go for eye care. The people, especially Dr. Mann, are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. My husband and I have gone there for several years and are more than pleased. The prices are reasonable, the prescriptions are spot on and the lens always exactly right.

I've had the pleasure of being waited on by Mr. Jack Holbert. Very nice man who helped me pick out my frames. He answered every question I had with enthusiasm and also explained a few things to ease my stress of my upcoming surgery. Everyone was nice and cordial! This is where I'll be going from now on!

I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses after my prescription changed. The lenses came back about 10 days later without the blue mirror coating, so they requested another set and those came back two weeks later again without the coating. The people at Decatur Optical are nice enough, but it's been a month and they still haven't gotten my order correct and considering what I paid for these lenses, this kind of service is unacceptable. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because Decatur Optical sent my lenses back in to get the coating and refunded me the cost.
