This place is so well put together compared to other places in this area. Always very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Prices are a bit too high is the reason for the one less star. Other than that, I really enjoy muv and the environment while I'm there. Products are always great as well and they almost always have everything available when most places in the area do not.

Very nice people here. Excellent flower and concentrates. Very laid-back and accommodating.The girl who helped me today helped me put the app on my phone. I can’t remember her name but she was very helpful.

Why 4 and not 5 stars? Well, there are row) two MUV locations. One is on Hendrix and the other is here. The reason I don't like shopping here as much as Hendrix because the customer service received at Hendrix is substantially MUCH MUCH better! I mean they have new stands all the time and it's great to have a knowledgeable staff who's either tried the product or can tell you what to expect. That to me is worth going to the Hendrix location.

Great customer service at this location if they had product available and there prices were more patient friendly rather than prepackaged for profit agenda. Great customer service when you contact them. Regina tried hard to explain the seed to patient process. Very disappointed at the lack of stock and the run around answers only to get a discount offer to wait possibly a few months while they grow more supply for flower cups. Very disappointed with this organization at this time. Although they did call me back and are helping me! Please stock more flower cups!

I have been a long-time Truliever but their stock is unpredictable so I chose to visit Muv at their new Jax Beach location to pick up 1/4 oz of the good stuff to see what's what. I agree with the other reviewers, Muv is a nice departure from Trulieve. the location is great, the facility is modern and spacious, the people are friendly, they actually have stuff in stock and there was no wait. I placed an order online before they opened and the entire process was very quick and smooth. However, I was very disappointed to find a seed in the first 1/8 of Citral Glue I bought today. I don't think it bears repeating, but that's not a good sign for a purveyor of "Premium Flower." The male plants should have been removed from the facility long prior to germination, which makes me question the grower's chops.
